Bethany Shetterly Thomas   Bethany heads the Earth Day Oregon steering committee, in their efforts to support Oregon’s nonprofits in making positive, collective change for the planet. She co-founded Ecology in Classrooms and Outdoors (ECO) in 2005, and currently serves as an active board member.

Sierra Ellis Turpin   Sierra is an Administration Assistant at the Office of Portland’s Mayor Wheeler. She has experience in Community engagement and outreach. She believes it is crucial to empower young people, underrepresented, and underserved communities so they can use their voice and become the next generation of environmental leaders.

Morgan Rider   Morgan is the Director of Business Development at Oliver Russell (a social impact brand agency), the Chair of the Board at The Climate Trust, a board member at The Wetlands Conservancy, and a member of the 1% for the Planet PNW Steering Committee. Morgan also serves as Community Chair with the Portland Advertising Federation.

Kristen Connor   Kristen is a Senior Vice President and Community Impact Officer at Heritage Bank NW. She serves as a board member with Better Business Portland, the Jessie F. Richardson Foundation, and the Oregon Law Foundation. Kristen also co-founded the CSC, Corporate Sustainability Collaborative.

Mahala Ray   Mahala is the Executive Director of the Give!Guide at Willamette Week. Additionally, she is a freelance event producer having served as the stage manager at the XOXO Festival (2018) and TechFestNW (2018), event manager and producer at Willamette Week “Best of” events, and many more.
