Kristen Connor   Kristen is a Senior Vice President and Community Impact Officer at Heritage Bank NW. She serves as a board member with Better Business Portland, the Jessie F. Richardson Foundation, and the Oregon Law Foundation. Kristen also co-founded the CSC, Corporate Sustainability Collaborative.
